Indeed our team have a broad and deep experience with golf-related real estate projects, most notable of which, partner Henry DeLozier, served as the Vice President—Golf at Pulte Homes (PHM) from 1999 to 2008 prior to joining GGA. Henry looked after the largest portfolio of residential golf projects in the United States (27 golf projects within 12 separate communities), a role that enabled him to review and evaluate the leading golf community developers in North America, to learn best management practices and to measure the effectiveness of the various developers active in the business category.
