The GGA Institute is the research and innovation heart of the firm.
Guided by an Innovation Board of highly accomplished industry leaders, the primary mission of the Institute is to capture, develop and supply thought provoking and data driven insight to the golf and club industry.
The GGA institute is committed to providing highly useful, relevant and reliable research to GGA clients and the industry as a whole.
The Institute undertakes global intelligence gathering and research initiatives in support of leadership excellence in North America, Asia, Europe and the Middle East. The Institute also undertakes specific commissioned research on behalf of GGA clients.
An online community supports the sharing of qualitative and quantitative data amongst the world’s top industry leaders on topics such as capital planning, governance, asset management, customer care, people resource management, membership, marketing and strategic business planning. Community members also have access to the output of the Institute in an extensive online resource library.
An invitation for membership of the Institute Community may be extended by a GGA Partner or Director, an Innovation Board Member or an existing community member and will be accepted at the Institute’s Annual Summit.
The Institute has the support of The World Golf Foundation, The Club Managers Association of America, The Asian Golf Industry Federation, Golf Environment Organization and the Tourism College of Sun Yat-Sen University.
